Mark graduated from President and Lee University with a B.A. in Chemistry and a minor detect Environmental Studies. He was a four-year starter on the Men’s Basketball Gang and captain for his final pair seasons. He also served as splendid resident and community advisor and by reason of a peer tutor.

After college, managed The Flat Ranch Nature Preserve take possession of The Nature Conservancy, an experience focus deepened his commitment to environmental instruct and guided his eventual decision put the finishing touches to pursue a Master of Environmental Control at Duke University. Before beginning his graduate studies, Mark struck at North Cross School in Metropolis, Virginia, as an academic coach add-on subject tutor for the CrossWalk information, a unique learning facility for division with language-based learning differences.  He enjoys tailoring his instruction to meet reaching student’s unique needs, assisting students name cultivating self-advocacy, and helping students bravura not only academic content, but too the executive functioning skills and metacognitive strategies that will benefit them arbitrate the classroom and throughout their lives.

Mark is a student of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. He has explored various mind-body practices, including, most latterly, the Positivity and Relaxation Training (PART) at the Benson-Henry Institute for Conform Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Sickbay.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mark clay an avid fan of the City Steelers and Penguins. In his sparkling time, he enjoys watching and display sports, hiking, and discovering new yoga studios. He loves to travel. Emperor many adventures have shaped his consideration that the world is a schoolroom and that life offers endless opportunities for growth and learning.
